What is the difference between Bitoba flowmeter and Annubar flowmeter? The Bitoba flowmeter is a patented product of Tsinghua University and the only flowmeter product recommended by the National Development and Reform Commission. It is the most advanced instrument for measuring fluid flow in China certified by the Chinese Academy of Metrology and is also the most advanced flowmeter in the world (currently only China, Germany, and the United States have this technology). The difference between the Bitoba flowmeter and the Annubar flowmeter is as follows:
Firstly, the measurement principle is different. ★ The Bitoba flowmeter is composed of a set of pressure tapping holes and uses the pitot tube principle to extract fluid flow velocity (total pressure static pressure=dynamic pressure), which is then converted into a differential pressure flowmeter with fluid volume flow rate and mass flow rate. The Anuba flowmeter is composed of multiple pressure tapping holes, which measure the differential pressure at various points of the pipeline. Finally, the average differential pressure is calculated through a differential pressure transmitter and converted into flow rate to calculate the flow rate. Differences and Similarities: In fluid mechanics, the relationship between flow velocity (converted from differential pressure to flow velocity) and flow rate is not a simple linear correspondence, so only segmented measurement can be more accurate, and the more segments there are, the higher the accuracy. The Bituoba flowmeter consists of a set of pressure tapping holes, and is designed in various models based on the characteristics of different media, including ordinary Bituoba flowmeters, main steam Bituoba flowmeters, and

2. Different fluid conditions ★ The Biota flowmeter is suitable for measuring any pipeline fluid; Both single-phase and bidirectional fluid flow can be measured; Low requirements for straight pipe sections; The measurement effect is particularly good for media containing impurities and easily clogged. The Anuba medium must be filled in the pipeline; The fluid must be a single-phase flow, and bidirectional flow (such as water gas mixed flow) cannot be measured.
III. Calibration ★ Bitoba flowmeter is currently the only flowmeter in China that achieves wind tunnel blowing calibration for each full range before leaving the factory. It is also the only universal flowmeter internationally and domestically that can accurately measure any fluid such as wind, smoke, water, steam (gas), and oil. Accuracy level 0.2. The structure of Anuba itself determines that it is impossible to calibrate and detect each unit individually.
4. Maintenance of accuracy during use ★ The unique structure of the Biota flowmeter is not affected by wear, impurities, and grease, and there are no movable parts. The non integral structure avoids signal leakage between high and low pressure chambers.
. So the Bitoba flowmeter can maintain high accuracy during operation. After a long period of use, once a set of holes are blocked, the accuracy of the Anuba flowmeter
